And so we started our adventure : with a test. We created the Oriental Sun menu and we cooked for 15 friends. The full menu included the best lentil soup you’ll ever have, a yummilicous hummus, home made raw chocolate stars , home made bread and a cardamom coffee served hot. We delivered them to the beautiful people around the city and we said : Poftă bună !
This is the Hummus dish, part of our first menu called Oriental Sun. We served it with vegetables service, delicious olives from Creta, dried plums from Vrancea, soft dates from Alger and tabouleh salad. People loved it:)
